Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union. If you live in a different country, please contact us at support@bysteri.com, and we will do our best to arrange a delivery to your location!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely Free on all orders. We believe comfort should be accessible without hidden fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. This includes a handling period of 1–3 business days to prepare your order for dispatch.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 31-day return window. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
Can I track my order?

Please include clear photos of the damage or defect. We will review the case and offer a replacement or a full refund, covering all return costs.
